In his final year of business school in New York City, Tom co-founded Ocean Bay Management and is responsible for carrying out the company’s organized and effective business model. With an entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented diligence, he has built out the company’s operating platforms, financial controls, reporting systems, brand positioning and legal compliance.
Also highly skilled in the Marketing field, Tom blends his creativity and industry knowledge to create engaging marketing direction for our portfolio of resort properties.
